Shipping and Handling
To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. Visit our packaging and delivery page for information on how your package will arrive.
- Frozen meat orders are shipped 9:00 am Mondays. Frozen meat orders received after Monday (9:00 am CST) will be shipped the following week.
- We only ship frozen meat to the contiguous 48 states.
- Your package will be shipped Fed Ex. We reserve the right to substitute carriers.
- A tracking number will be supplied with your product shipping confirmation (via email).
- We charge actual shipping based on weight and shipping location
- We apply actual packaging and material costs to each order

Methods of Ordering
You may phone, fax or mail your order if you prefer not to order online. All prices at Buffalo Hills Bison are quoted in U.S dollars and must be prepaid in U.S. funds.
Phone
Please call (507) 724-2833 anytime. During non-business hours, feel free to leave a message and your phone number, and we will promptly return your call. You will need a valid credit card to order over the phone.
Fax
Fax the printed order form along with a cover sheet to: (507) 724-2833. You will receive a fax confirmation of your order, normally within 24 hours.
Mail
Print, complete, sign, and mail the order form to us. Please include credit card information, check or money order (payable to Buffalo Hills Bison). Mail the printed order form and payment to:

Payment
For Internet, telephone and fax orders, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. If you decide to mail your order, we accept credit cards, personal checks, or money orders. Regardless of method of ordering, credit cards used to secure orders will be charged at the time your first paid item is shipped. Orders made through the Buffalo Hills Bison Store will appear on your credit card statement as "VDG Online Processing." Those orders made through the mail via check will be shipped upon successful clearance of the check.
