Slow Cooked Buffalo Roast

  • 3 – 4 lb Buffalo Roast 1/2 c water
  • 1 med. onion – sliced 1/2 t ground pepper
  • 2 – 4 cloves crushed garlic (per taste)

Place frozen roast in crock pot. Add all other ingredients. Cook approximately 8 1/2 hrs on low setting for slicing. Cook longer for shredded roast. Adjust cooking time for roast size.
